With a proven track record in the areas of analysis and insight, managing sales and service, managing campaigns and managing relationships.

 

More recently I have specialised in enabling brands transform their customer engagement strategies through driving digitisation whilst deflecting contacts into self-service, and migrating from costly legacy high effort channels to more modern low-cost channels such as chat/messaging and WhatsApp.
